The latest discovery: Their subcontractors didn't butt the siding up to my brick patio which was led to my decking board becoming rotted and water intrusion. I have had two contractors confirm this which this company refuses to listen to because they "can't trust other contractors." Please do not do business with them, the more people I talk to about this company the more horror stories I hear. Also there was no quality check on the paint as you can see, when he says that he only means the manufacturer came out and said my warranty was in tact and even they said there were pieces that need replacing. They did not even look at the area currently in question. Where they really shine is with their follow up. There was one small detail that they needed to complete and came back a few days later. They took care of that and while on our roof noticed damage to a peak from a lightning strike of all things. They helped to get that all repaired.
