The bit was priced around $10.00 and was endorsed by one of their salespeople. The first hole that I drilled came out fine, although, the bit would not complete the second hole. The following day I returned to #Bullard Hardware , explained the circumstances and asked for a refund or a credit toward a replacement bit. The manager refused my request, stating that "we don't give refunds on drill bits in packages that have been opened." Following his reply, I thought to myself, how convenient, they can sell #NAPA sub-standard drill bits or anything else and hide behind their nonsense return policy. Being that, you have to open the package to find out if the merchandise is faulty or not. What else was I to think.

Was informed AFTER purchasing there was noone there to service them. It would have to be sent off if there was a problem. Used twice and the motor wasn't running right. Was informed then I couldn't return it. I wasn't told this at the time of purchase. Employee waved her arms around and said " we have signes" took it back to be serviced and young man put it on the counter turned and left. Asked the cashier what did he do? He said it was out of gass and the kill switch was on. No kidding. I did that before loading it up in my car. Please save yourself the headache of dealing with these people.

When my husband took the bags to the register, they showed to be $41 something. He informed the cashier what the sign said & he went to verify. Sure enough that's what it said but a long haired 20 something employee came back there & said the correct price was the higher one. My husband said the store should sell the items for the posted price & the long haired guy said they couldn't do that as perhaps another customer must have stacked the bags behind the lower price. My husband asked for a manager & was told he wasn't there. He then told him he didn't think it was right & long haired guy facetiously retorted he didn't either, "but there's the door, get on down the road." I get it. It's hard to get good help these days. So many of the people I have encountered at businesses around since reopening after the pandemic act like they're doing everybody a favor just for showing up at their places of employment.

I had fun just browsing around the store to see what all they had. What variety! I bought about 7 large flagstones for my front yard, a birdbath, a wide-brimmed straw hat with blue ribbon tie-ons, some metallic address numbers, some insulation tape for windows & doors, & even a phone/laptop wall charger. The staff was also pretty helpful, carrying out & loading the larger items into my car. And they weren't too busy or crowded for comfort.

The folks that work there are some of the nicest people on the plant, 3. Just need one bolt? You can find it like in an old time hardware store. You don't have to buy a packet, just the one bolt you need. 4. Need something but you are still in your pajamas, just pick up the phone and call, they will tell you in a short time if they have what you need and the price. 5. Store is well stocked, 6. Needed stuff…read more Stopped in in lieu of Wal-Mart. I didn't need a whole kit of anything. I was able to piece together what I needed and spent only $1.82 for the bag. The lady that helped me was friendly and while I was waiting, the other employees were just as helpful and friendly. I don't get that at any Wal-Mart as a whole. They have a good amount of stuff from hardwares, electric, paint, flooring, hunting, etc. I'll be back.
