I decided that my bridesmaids and I would get our hair done there the morning of my wedding based on how available and caring the staff was. I received SO MANY compliments on my hair from the guests at my wedding, and my bridesmaids were so in love with their hair. They also do an amazing job with makeup! They were timely and very reasonably priced. We all received a small gift at the end of our visit too, which in my opinion makes the experience even more personal.
