It was also almost impossible to get clear, transparent answers to questions about procedures, whereas other practices have given detailed answers or offered to find out if an answer was unknown. They were repeatedly misleading about offering "general anesthesia" and I waited months after canceling at another practice (as I had a therapist letter saying I would benefit from full general) to realize they offered the same IV sedation as the first practice. My experience with this practice was incredibly frustrating and I do not recommend them.

My old ones flopped around in my mouth and they were less than 6 months old. I couldn't eat with the others without using quite a bit of adhesive.
