Very helpful and honest and did not try to push anything I didn't want. He listened and recommend and gave me very good options. He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. I saw him deal with other customers and was courteous with everyone and helped them all with a smile. He was cheerful with every customer. Even with the the place filling up he dealt and focused on exactly what they were looking for. I have seen quite a few places in the US and abroad. This was one of the top all rounders. Came into the store looking for cbd oil - the potent stuff you can get in Venice. Its the only way my mom can get a good night's sleep. Their selection wasn't really that great - they only had some mild cbg/cbd mixture. So the dude at the cashier tried to pass off hemp oil as cbd and we bought it. Nice guy, it's just that he probably didn't know the product he sold us wasn't at all what we needed. read more

My bf and I had such high expectations... until we encountered the sales clerk, I'm assuming he has relations with the owner because I doubt he would still have a job after his insanely rude attitude. My boyfriend came in asking about a replacement glass for his vape pen, the staff ignored his question the 1st time... then when addressed again it was a HUGE inconvenience to help a paying customer clearly. He laughed at my boyfriend and called his pen a "vape for babies" LMAO like dude how old are you? Addressing people like this. A vape is a vape chill out. Anyway my boyfriend laughed thinking it was a joke but the guy was dead serious and refused to help him! We were both kinda in shock. I mean do babies even vape? LOL I think the high rated reviews on this post are false. Their merchandise is cheap and over priced. No way to treat someone in the community supporting your business ( or attempting ) anyway lol . Not a good look for the owner and his/her establishment. My boyfriend switched to vaping after quitting cigarettes, and was looking for advice and vape supplies. I am all for a great product, but not if the customer service completely fails to match. I went in to pick up a good flavor to vape. I am pretty sure it was the owner who "helped" me. I told him I was looking for a good base flavor to vape. He just stared stared at me... nodded... then cluelessly asked again how he could help me... We eventually stepped outside so I could try a flavor, which I enjoyed very much! Before we could step back inside I had to wait for him to finish texting someone. I finally completed my purchase (over 12 dollars for a dingy little amount..) and told him thank you. He responded with nothing. I felt that I was being treated like a dummy the entire time! Long story short, I will be sticking to online purchases for all my vaping needs. FAR more affordable and you don't get treated like garbage. read more

Came in last night for help on a new vape mod I bought off of a family member. I came into it very blind sighted and clueless, but I knew ONE thing for sure..I quit smoking. The staff at Nor Cal Vape were super cool. They were able to recommend a way better alternative to the super expensive daily my wife would ask me to pick up like every other day it seemed. No longer will I have to drive all around redding looking for the only vape pen my wife likes (she is super picky). I can find refills on a reusable that are way cheaper and way more flavorful and just a way better vaping device. Truly, I have never encountered a more rude salesclerk than I did at NorCal Vapes. I purchased an E-cig and oil from a "gentleman" there, butIt was all new to me, and I had difficulty getting the thing working. So the next day I went back to ask a couple of questions. He was somewhat uncordial even then, but when I went back the following day to try to understand why it was not working - he seemed outraged that I was still having trouble with it. "Didn't you hear me when I told you you need to insert the fuse??" he asked. Since I was actually unclearabout what a fuse WAS, I asked him to show me one. Which he did, obviously furious that his precious time was being wasted by such a dunderhead. His whole attitude was rude and belligerant. Then, I had difficulty opening the door to leave. Neither clerk in the store offered any assistance, least of all Mr Customer service. I am a senior citizen, to add some pathos to the tale, and reside at a residential hotel about a block from the store.
