Honor your prices!! I paid 30 something bucks each for vape pens that were listed as 22 . One of the vape pens definitely had been open and tampered with .. As a first time customer I expect more out of Cookies due to their brand . They seem to have a very limited supply. and the display of products was bad . I expected more gear and accessories as well , but their supply as well as variety was poor . It looked like they may be struggling to stay afloat .. Perhaps if they displayed their products better and had more of it, It would look more pleasing to the eye and would draw more clients . Not only did they do Fake promos all year but you can spend over $5k in a years span they're still weird or rude to you for no reason. -You will never become a loyal customer -They deliver tampered w/ packaging containing switched out cartridges of lower value. -the manager will be super nice to your face, but then turn around and be a snake with his workers. Went in to buy a new pen and they convinced me to get the cookies brand going on about how the silicone wick wOuld last longer and make sure carrtridges would actually finish. Used it for all off one month on the second cartridge it leaked all inside the pen ruininG it. I was way too excited to go to a Cookies location. It was my first and last time since we have so many other options in Redding. This dispensary will most likely be out of stock on sativa cartridges. Once you order and pay it takes the person in the back to grab your single item a good 5+ mins to bag it. Then you have to wait for another person to staple your receipt then you're on your way. The process takes way too long and the selection is low. read more

Aggressive bouncer style card check at the door, then you're immediately trapped in a cold foyer where there's a second card check and scan. Once you're in the back room, it's clean and nice looking, BUT what you SEE for product is NOT necessarily what you get. You wait in line only to be given an iPad so you can attempt to find what you want yourself while a semi-useless customer service rep stands idly by. The whole ordering system is overly complicated, the iPad is a joke because it doesn't represent the inventory. The sales rep has to check with the dude in the locked cell to see what's in stock. THEN- if your desired merchandise is available, you pay and wait longer while the ONE guy in the holding tank gets your items. Way too slow and high priced. NOT WORTH IT. read more

Terrible customer service. There is a crease in my ID that I reinforced with tape. Apparently this is unacceptable at cookies. Strange being as though I've used it with no issues at every other dispensary in Redding and Shasta Lake, Cookies SF, as well as several in Oregon and have even bought firearms and ammunition with the drivers license. I understand policy but to be honest this is absolutely ridiculous especially considering the fact that I had another photo ID with the exact same information as well as my current circumstances. She suggested that I have someone come in and purchase for me (which doesn't sound legal to be honest) however I explained to her that the only reason why I am in Redding is to help a sick family member and have no one else to "come in for me". As someone that has managed a dispensary before and has dealt with even stricter regulatory and oversight committees then Redding /Shasta County this is just ridiculous and completely unnecessary. It's a shame because I was really hoping to support cookies by buying all my meds from them from now on but I will gladly keep my business where it's at. I do think it's funny that they choose to be overly restrictive with a legal license that would be acceptable virtually anywhere else but allow patrons to have their children on the premises, waiting for them in the parking lot while they shop. Cookies had a plethora of flower/concentrates/pre-rolls to choose from, and In terms of budget pricing/items they have quite a few options, (just a few days ago I got a legit Full Spectrum distillate .5g cart for 15$! ) The bud tenders know their product and how to observe "the line" between someone who's a novice and may need help finding something versus being more lax with one with experience that knows what they want. In my experience, They won't try to over-hype, bullshit, or down-talk an experienced herb guy when they see one, which is something I notice almost ALL of the shops around here do. (Looking at you Queen of Dragons!) I've noticed flower deals here are seldom but they are GREAT. The first time I went here I picked up a 7g jar of Lemonchello #10 for 42$ after tax,( phenomenal btw and when they found out my birthday was in June they gave me a choice of free edibles to choose from!
