So I was in town and tried to get a delivery. I thought something was odd that I could not find a physical location but I pressed on. I eventually found myself texting with someone that claimed to be the company after I reached out due to difficulties on the site. I proceeded as instructed and was told to submit my payment via chime. I did so and inquired about the delivery time and was told the payment didn't go through and asking that I try again. They went so far as to ask for a partial payment for delivery sent me an official looking email it claims came from Chime. I knew it to be false due to some of the information in it. At the end of the day I'm out almost $100 and I learned a lesson. Also per Chime once the money is sent it can't be returned. read more

When ordering online your total is not always what shows on their end. It's flawed and has happened multiple times. Showed up telling me my total is more than what I ordered. I never got a text with my total either so I didn't know what the issue was (just a confirmation text and how long the wait would be) so when the driver showed up I was confused and had to wait while he called. They have several regular specials and also bonus holiday sales that I always participate in. Wasn't able to buy what I wanted to buy something that will calm me and help me sleep

I have been ordering from NorCal for a long time now and let's just say they have no loyalty for long-time customers, keep their prices and profits up, and customer satisfaction down. Their products can be found at any other dispensary in Sacramento, delivery and/or in person, at MUCH lower rates for example: a bag of gummies for $26 at NorCal is $18 elsewhere. You can't say it's because of delivery because you are charged for that and need to tip on top of it. Their "promotions" are a scam, because what they do is just bring the prices down to normal. Their "stamp cards" are a joke because you get a $10 product for $5, however, you can't use your points or a promo code at the same time - what a rip-off. Furthermore, their website has vague descriptions at best and most often absolutely NO details about what you are buying. Honestly, they must be in business because people want something brought to their door. To sum it up: poor website, high prices, poor delivery, and promotional offers that are nothing but a scam. If you don't want to stress and you aren't RICH - buy elsewhere and save yourself a headache as well as a pocketful of cash. read more

I have been a customer for years spent 100's of dollars , had numerous cards stamps to seek rewards for being a loyal member right. Always an argument over the cards and 1cent pre-rolls, they took back a 5 dollar item over telling me one price and show up with another. Not even enough balls to make it right with me, they will try to sweep you under the rug. There bags are sometimes light , I never said nothing. Since Goddess Delivers has come up missing I decided to try another site for cannabis delivery. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I placed my order on a Tuesday evening, bypassing the 'immediate delivery' option and picking a specific time slot for Wednesday late afternoon. I picked the payment method of 'Paytender' when I filled out their online order form and I got my paytender account all set up and made sure money was in place. Here's were the problem comes into play, keeping in mind my alarm is set for 8:30 AM on weekdays. I woke up the normal time and checked my phone at approximately 8:45am as usual. I see a text telling me my order has been declined because I failed to respond to a text they sent at 8:00 AM. The text was asking what payment method I was going to use and talked about paytender. Again, my order was scheduled for 4-6pm that day so i was NOT expecting any texts from them at the crack of dawn, and I had already selected Paytender. I was good to go. When I told them they had texted me too early and gave me too small of a window to reply they 'recommended' I place my order during business hours next time and when they see an order they treat it with urgency. AGAIN I did not pick the immediate delivery box, I picked a specific delivery window for later in the day. They never offered to make this right and reinstate my order. So at this moment I can't decide whether to give these guys another chance or find another source. I NEVER had this problem with Goddess Delivers and when a company starts off on such a bad foot it sets the tone for future interactions. FIX YOUR WEBSITE because the answers to all of your questions were submitted right there when I completed my order. The 'pay ahead' issue is the only thing I was unaware of, I assumed I would show my paytender barcode to the delivery person. Not sure how that 'pay ahead' works with paytender, but we could have worked all that out AFTER I woke up since delivery window was 7 hours away from 9am, the time I'm normally awake and ready to check my phone. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about my first delivery order through NorCal Holistics! Ordering online was a breeze. They have my favorite edible brand, FROOT too! Some nice deals on flower too. I signed up for emails and got 20% off my first order. They also took off the $5 deliver fee because I was a first time customer which was super cool! On top of that, they threw in a bunch of little useful freebies! I liked that they offer an option to pay online because sometimes you don't carry that much cash. The site wasn't working for me today, but great to know they have this option. It's the first delivery service I've seen offer that. Whoever handles their text/customer service line was very kind and helpful. And so was Carlos, my delivery dude! He was very kind and pleasant. They also offer tracking to see where your driver is real time! Order was delivered about 1.5 hours after I placed my order. The whole process was painless and easy. Tried ordering last night really for my non-English MIL, and they canceled on me. I used to work for Smoakland in Oakland, and they never cancel on clients. I would choose them, but they don't deliver in Placer County and also have deliveries in Sac county. Best to try them instead cause they won't cancel on you! Especially if offered next day delivery, they'll at least check in with you in the am after offering next day delivery. What poor customer service. read more

I ordered 28g indoor smalls and received 28g or sun-grown flower. I left messages the following two days. Never got a message back/call/reply or email. So not waste your money. They do not sell you what they describe. Just go somewhere else. I've told all my friends/family/coworkers and they will no longer be purchasing from this dispensary anymore. If you advertise something, the product should be the same. And if incorrect product is given out, at least reach out to your customers. The new website sucks. I love this company and have enjoyed ordering deliveries for several years now, but the new website is horrible, and there is no way for me submit feedback for it other than here. - It won't recognize my address, making me have to call in orders. That is normally fine by me but it's gotten harder to get anyone on the phone. - The photos and information about each product are mostly useless. The photos are too small to read anything on the labels, and the product information leaves out mg per serving on most edibles. - The shopping cart side-window is too small, shortening the product names making it more difficult to order by phone. There is no full-screen view for the shopping cart. Otherwise, I've enjoyed this great company and their service for many years. Just need to replace your web designer. read more

My wife usually orders from here for us, but as she was at work today and I was off I placed the order. Incredibly varied selection and easy to use website. Great help from Selena as well as options to pay cash, card, or split the payment between cash and card. Of course using cash is a bit less expensive but if you aren't able to go grab some cash, the card option is helpful! Ryan delivered my order and was not only early eta-wise but so very friendly and informative. As it was my first time ordering I got a little something extra as well as a coupon for a free pre roll. After trying to use my frequent user card and failing because they have no instructions on how to use it and don't answer the phone after 6pm, I was not able to get my full order. I complained to the driver who apologized for the mix up then proceeded to offer to buy what i had lost for me later that night after his shift. I never responded! He text two more times to hang out with me with no response. A week later I try to order from Norcal and my phone number has been blocked!? So after being harassed by your driver I was blocked because i didn't respond to his advances! VERY BAD BUSINESS NORCAL!!! read more

While maybe they are not the cheapest, they are on time, offer good selection and are flexible. This used to be my go-to, but lately I would rather go out of my way to drive to a shop than order from here. I don't know if they are under new management but their service has gotten worse and worse the last few months. I have a build-up of stamped cards for free or $1 items, all of which say to text them to redeem, but they never respond and the driver never has the item, even when I text well in advance. They've stopped responding to texts in general despite indicating that's their preferred method of communication. The only text I've received for my last few orders was to tell me they removed a promo I redeemed because I'd used too many promos (I wouldn't consider a coupon code and redeeming loyalty points to be the same thing, and the website let me do it, but I didn't complain when they removed it either). But when I text them to redeem anything or check on anything, including large orders and transactions, there's no response. Ordering from here used to be SO much better than this. read more
