But they refused to replace it, making all kinds of excuses just because I came "too late"--for a vape that only costs $30. I've been a loyal customer for years, and all they offered was a $3 discount if I bought a new one... Don't go to places that don't care about customer service like this. The owner clearly lacks good judgment in running the business and has no sense of long-term vision.

Shocking to me how companies can't fix their own problems when it couldn't be easier. Looks like an owner problem, can't figure out how to trust his employees to make the right decisions so they implement policy with an iron fist and no brain. Like most other people I look at reviews before going to a new place and I would not even consider going to a millennium shop if I weren't already sitting in the parking lot. I'm going inside. Let's see how it goes... I guess I gave to edit the review. Won't let me reply to it. I walked in the place was bright colorful and well laid out. It was really full of inventory, it looked great!. The curly haired dude welcomed me immediately when I walked in asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for they had it, in two different options, I bought both. And the price was smack dab in the middle of the price range I've seen. I'm going to change the review to five stars because it was a great experience. Should I go back in and try to return one of them first? LOL! No I'm not going to do that. Keep in mind the return policy is the major complaint I've seen. Hopefully they see my review and it prompts change.

After browsing the stores lackluster collection, I was talked into a cheaper vape battery. Upon…read moregetting home I discovered that the battery did not even have a button on it. When I went to return the product the clerk let me know that they did not allow returns, and that their normal sign that stated such must be misplaced somewhere. He told me the owner would need to refund the product, but the owner "just left" and would not return until Tuesday (it's Saturday today). Avoid this shop if you can and just drive a little farther down the road.
