Very happy with the way I walked up to their warehouse in Diamond Springs and asked about their products. The employee in the warehouse (Wylie) was technically off the clock - and could very well have told me to pound sand. But he didn't - which impressed me. He proceeded to tell me about some of the promotions that they had going and when I asked to speak to someone who could provide an estimate, he promptly went to his truck and retrieved a business card for Michael (their salesman). Which means that he was prepared and able to refer to the proper representative. I called Michael and he was able to come to my home and after performing some simple chemistry tests on the water, presented me with an estimate for three different price points - no pressure, in an attempt to fit our budget. They even offer financing through a third-party company, which (at 10.9% APR) is a great option if you don't want to invest in the total package right away. I highly recommend this company for the quality of service, smiling faces and valuable packages they offer for your home and family. I will do business with them as soon as I can raise the capital. I am very pleased with the outstanding service I have received from him Rob T. Came back to dial everything in. They are devoted to giving you a great system given the unknown conditions of the water on any given year. I have been here for 50 years with a known iron problem. The water table changes with every new well in the neighborhood and every new rain. Make sure you are always home when they come out. We put our trust in this company and sadly one of the employees violated that trust and went through our backyard and into our cat run almost letting them escape which would have resulted in them being eaten by coyotes as they have only been indoor cats. We have video of him snooping around our yard no where near our well house where he was to work. He knew we were at the hospital and not home for house so Im scared to think of what else was done we didnt see on video. The employees name is Payton. I called the manager and told him he will not be allowed on our property. I don't feel this company/manager took this situation serious. read more

He moved our system to the outside of the garage. He explained everything to me about the system and showed me at the tanks. Kinetico installed a water filtration system for our home that has a well about 10 years ago. Every year they contact us to schedule an annual servicing. The filtration system has worked out great. I want to commend the excellent service of the Kinetico technicians, particularly Rob who has been coming out in recent years. Our water treatment system is a larger 'commercial' grade system for our residence. For some reason there was only ONE service technician besides the franchise owner who could ever keep this system up and running appropriately. At one point we had to have the system serviced 5 times in a 6 month period. Finally the ONE guy came out and fixed it once and for all. Never had a problem after that. One would think that all of the personnel would be equally as knowledgeable about their system. The second problem I had with this company is their inability to bill correctly. About six months after I had service done (paid at time of service). I got a bill for the same service call requesting another $500+ dollars. That was extremely unprofessional. Problem is this is the only franchise to service the Kinetico systems in the area. read more
