I specifically asked the sales woman if they can give store credit since it was a sales item. She asked the store manager on the phone who was vacationing in Colorado and she said yes. I went to return shirt because it was too small. The sales woman denied that she had said this initially and the manager refused despite what she previously said. I told her that she should honor what she said. I think with this kind of ethics these people will not stay in business. I am a nurse and this manager was inappropriate and rude.
