I was absolutely expecting the worst when I started flat hunting in London and I came across a few horrors but Michael Naik have been great. They didn't try to push us towards places that were over our price range or pressure us into saying yes to the place we eventually found, their fees were minimal and, as they are a letting agent, we just email or phone them with any problems and they send someone right away to fix it. And there were no nasty hidden surprises in the flat.

I rented my first Shoreditch flat through this relatively small but efficient and knowledgeable real estate agency and would definitely use Peach again. The staff have generally either lived in the area or do so at present and are particularly knowledgeable about Shoreditch's Victorian built Boundary Estate where many local residents rent one and two bed properties. All in all a charming little real estate agency that goes some way to dispelling the myth that all real estate agents are cowboys.

I posted this comment here as I feel obliged to help people from being scammed by them. Here is why and evidence: 1. They deliver hazardous flats for tenants, which has black molds everywhere in the flat, which causes lung infections; 2. They refused to return deposit while the flat was hazardous to live, all the way until the last moment that we were going to sue them as tenants, with the solid written proof that it was hazardous to live. 3. When we said we were going to sue them, the staff literally laughed and said, it is not our first time being sued, and we are not afraid. How hilarious! 4. They delayed the move in date by 1 whole month stated by the contract, resulting in all of the tenants having to spend hugely on temporary living while waiting, and they provided 0 compensation; 5. The staff did NOT reply to any emails, or calls when there were issues; even if you go to their office, the staff refused to see you or talk to you or provide any solutions. They literally kicked me and other tenants out of their office. Overall, be very careful with the other positive and generic reviews of this company online, as this company truly, is THE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with in my whole life. They immediately found some suitable properties and didn't get pushy with trying to upsell. We were lucky enough to get a viewing on a property that had just come on the market. They were happy to let us do a 2nd viewing and were very accommodating with any request we had. Negotiations were handled superbly and we always felt like we knew what was going on. I would recommend everyone to visit them first when looking for a house.
