It was a MWC officer. I rolled down my window and he asked if I'd noticed anyone around the emergency response pole as it had alarmed to dispatch and he was sent. I told him no but tht I had just played hole 9 a few minutes ago and I hit the tower with my drive. He kinda chuckled and said thx. So kudos for the response as it only retook a few minutes. The down side is why would the city install this device between the Teepad and the basket. It's one of those things tht if you try to hit you nvr will, but try to get around it. This could easily be fixed so tht the officers can be put to better use.

Still figured a delivery until I went buy and his hoodie was up and tight. Could not see his face so as I drove by I looked in the mirror and he checked the mailbox. The Police station is right there so I stopped and reported it. The office manager took my info and I again explained it to the LT. He was headed out to check. Might have been legit but you never know. Delivery folks should have a marked vehicle or apparel identifying them of which I seen neither.
