Pleasantly surprised, there were only five people in front of me, and the line moved along at a reasonable pace. When it was my turn, the woman assisting me was pleasant, friendly and professional. She could tell I was nervous about not having the correct documents. Through the transaction she kept the conversation moving and reassuring me I had everything I needed. There was a slight line with one lady working it but it moved fast. She would take the names and sign them in and send them to the correct waiting area. If you needed a parking placard she would take care of tht. Once I got to her it only took a few minutes. She was very nice and polite. Even apologized to those in line. Please take notes from Indiana. We went to this location after having a horrific experience at the location off I-240. Avoid the pain and don't go to that one, but this one instead. We were at the counter within 25 minutes of getting our tickets at the door. The girls were sarcastic, which I very much enjoy. My husband walked up after the other agent's client walked away and the four of us had a pleasant transaction. It was pretty quick and painless. We then sat down for a couple of minutes before being called up to pay. There was a computer issue that slowed down that process, but she was very pleasant as well. I will definitely go back to that location if I have to make another trip to the license branch.

I came in the 2nd week of December to get License Plate for my SUV and Drivers License since I…read morerecently moved to Oklahoma from Las Vegas. My son told me Oklahoma doesn't have DMV offices and you have to go to a Tag Agency. I have to say this was so much better than the horrible DMV offices in Nevada. You have to have an appointment like 3 months in advance if you can get one. Before the pandemic you could just walk-in , but you would be there for hours trying to get something done with all the California people moving there and some from other places. This was so much better of an experience ! Everyone was so nice as most of the people I've dealt with in Oklahoma. It reminds me of the small town I grew up in South Carolina in the 70's and 80's. I had to do 2 different lines. The first was a young lady who did my registration , plate , and sticker. She also informed me that I would have to get a new title to register in Oklahoma. I've never heard that before , but I guess they do that in some states. She also went out to my SUV to verify the VIN. Thankfully it's not lifted since she could barely get up to see it without getting on the tire , it is a Toyota FJ Cruiser 4x4 so it does sit higher than most standard SUVs. The 2nd line I showed all my documentation to this lady to verify I had everything to get my new Oklahoma Drivers License. She arranged everything neatly to give to the another lady when it was my turn and also reminded me to let her know that I had Motorcycle Endorsement also so it could be listed on my Oklahoma License. There were a few people ahead of me for the Drivers License so I did have to wait over an hour , but they had chairs and the lady would talk to me and the others waiting as she was helping someone else. I only had to wait behind one person for the registration and they had 3 people working that counter. The drivers license lady also added my Veterans Status and Real ID on my license since I brought in my Passport . I'm not complaining , as I said in Las Vegas it would take you usually 3 hours or more at the DMV before they started doing appointments and still it takes at least an hour to do your stuff. I highly recommend this location for your drivers license , registration , etc.
