I have used a walk-in clinic in Moore. I like Norman Regional Healthcare as what they will charge is the same no matter which insurance I use for most of the care. There are 4 issues I am facing after using this service. 1) I have found some incorrect notes on my record from the physician I met. 2) I received a reference that do not fit my heath care needs. 3) The yelp review I previously wrote about this business is somehow missing. 4) I keep receiving marketing phone calls from Oklahoma and Moore now. I can request to amend incorrect notes, and I can look for a healthcare facility that would fit on my healthcare needs. Unfortunately, I realized that I have a trouble of understanding Spanish and Spanish influenced English, which is completely new to me. It is nothing wrong with Spanish English. It is just my English teachers have been Non-Spanish speakers. The care facility on my reference seems like more focused on Spanish speakers and those within Spanish / Hispanic culture (I thought I picked a physician who speaks English only). Bye the way, I was expecting to see more of French speakers instead, when it says Norman. Now, if the review I left disappears, it makes harder for me to remember how to use this facility. What I like and do not like this about this facility, and which service I should use. These information are useful for future reference, including if I accept job offers nearby businesses or not. I am also quite surprised on the phone calls everyday I receive from nearby Moore area, just because I used a service in Moore. These phone calls are mainly about MEDICARE. I totally understand some media says US is lacking funds for MEDICARE now. But, why do they call to foreign seasonal workers who are not sure where they will get retired. I am sure many of Americans are wealthy enough not to work on the infrastructure they use now. That is a great thing. But, keep targeting on foreign seasonal workers that work on your local infrastructure do not improve its condition either. read more

Call ask how much to do to visit their clinic. Tell me it's $50. Go in pay for my clinical visit which they did nothing besides weigh and check my blood pressure then wanted me to do a bunch of test but come back the next day for them because they couldn't give me pricing Then I go back the next day. They hand me meds safe still can't give me pricing but they're supposed to be transparent get a bill from them did no test with him only the office visit they want 254 more dollars apparently an office visit is 304and I only paid 50. Dishonest and line wouldn't recommend them they'll let you die. Went in april 6. Still having same issue and still no prices read more

We found an amazing primary care support staff here. Everyone we interacted with were caring, supportive, kind and honest. We met with Jessica Young who is so amazing and supportive. She sent us to the lab and it was quick and easy and everyone we interacted with us was just kind, supportive and caring. read more

Great staff. Very friendly. I have not experienced many service, but I get my blood work done for fasting results.

We only had to come here for lab work so I can't speak to anything more than that as our visit was limited . However , Sunny in registration was wonderful ! Our doctor hadn't sent over the lab order so she busted her hump on the phone trying to get things going so that we didn't have to leave for our next appointment across town just to return again later. My daughter is also deaf and she was able to use some sign language with her She was so apologetic for the mess which was by no means her fault and always had a smile on her face!! read more

Came in twice, girlfriend had to go to the desk with tears after being told she wasn't important enough to get in after waiting for 2 hours, only to get her X-rays wrong and had us come back 2 days later. I love this place! There is so much inside, and they offer so much. There is an ER, primary physicians, women's health, labs can be drawn here, xrays taken and so much more. It is conveniently located as well. The ER staff has always been helpful and professional. I highly recommend checking out their family physicians if you have tri care. Dr. Markland has been so helpful! The lab and X-ray staff has always been a big help. We have personally used the ER one too many times... hehe. But, every time we have been there they have been a big help and there is not a long wait. The waiting area for testing is comfortable. There is also a mini snack bar like area where you can grab something to eat. Things like bagels, drinks and snacks. I'm not sure what is offered in the afternoon. But, it is nice knowing if you needed a bite to eat, it is there. It's nice not to have to grab a snack from the vending machine. On the outside there is a nice sitting area under a beautiful sculpture. All in all, we are very happy with this place. read more

I fell and hurt my shoulder. I drove the short distance to Moore Medical Center. Although it had been blown away by a tornado just a year before they had established a temporary facility. They took me in without wait, diagnosed the shoulder as dislocated, and immediately treated the injury, and referred my to a great Orthopedic surgeon. The accident happened on a weekend and on Monday I was being evaluated by the Orthopedic surgeon. thanks to Doctor Wells and the intake team at Moore Medical Center. At present the full hospital is being rebuilt but I have complete confidence in their skills. thanks for being there when needed. read more

After having my right hip replacement I was referred to Physical Therapist Rehabilitation Department in Moore, Ok. I like to express my since appreciation for everyone (Derek, John, Kimberly, Lana, Nick, and Taylor) worked so closely to ensure I was cared, monitored, progressed and recovering as scheduled. No matter which therapist was scheduled, they all performed with care and professionalism without any loss to services. I am now healthy and able to do my daily household chores and yard work. Arrived @ approximately 9:30pm on a Sunday. One couple had walked in just in front of us. My (very healthy) bf was experiencing nausea, disorientation, racing heart and delayed motor skills. Pretty scary. The lady in front of us had a complaint of back pain. I inquired about the wait and the front desk reply was, "I don't know what's going on back there" without even taking her eyes off her computer screen. I'm sure she gets tired of people asking her that but at the same time, find a little respect for people who come in not feeling well, much less fearing for their lives or the lives of their loved ones. About 15 minutes later a nurse called the other lady back. About 30 minutes we were called back. ER Staff seemed nice and attentive unlike the front desk. A lot of tests were done so we were there about 2.5 hours. Entire facility was nice and clean. The courtesy phone charging stand was also nice. Thanks! read more
