Every time I visited Dr Byrne gave me some minor suggestion, told me to come back in 6-8 weeks and told me "we're not missing anything." The last time I visited I outright begged for an MRI because we were clearly missing something. The MRI confirmed sever osteoarthritis in my foot and it has progressed to the point that my only option now is to have surgery to join the bones and eliminate the joint. If Dr Byrne had done his job the first time I saw him I might have had other options to save my joint. Go anywhere else, even if you have to wait longer. Dr Byrne does not treat his patients needs.

My doctor was super knowledgeable did a few different tests for my foot and then was able to really help me understand what was going on and what I should do moving forward. The front desk was also extremely friendly and helpful, which is definitely not always the case for these types of offices. I've been to a few other podiatry offices in the area and this was by far the best! I look forward to going back again in a couple of months for my follow up. I ordered personal orthotics for $500 and it was literally 3 months with no product and worse yet, no communication about the delay. I finally canceled the order having had to go elsewhere for my foot treatment. I had to call 4 times before I received my refund. Today. And again, not a word of communication. I'm very sorry as I usually understand people are all trying to do their best, and everybody's got something going on, but this was pretty pervasive throughout my dealings with this group.

My mother is 96 years old and has tremendous difficulty with walking or even moving, and it would have been nice if Dr. Edelman would have agreed to come at a time when someone would be home to let him in, but he flatly refused to ever come again because he was 'inconvenienced' on ONE occasion. Oh, the poor baby. Life must be so rough for him. I guess he missed lectures the day they taught about 'do no harm.' He's an over-privileged jerk.
