So we Finally called this place they picked up the phone and we told them what was going on and the guy on the phone told us to bring it in and they will look at it. We arrived and talked with Chris I think that's what his name was he was nice. He hooked up his computer and did what ever he did on it and went under the hood and started messing around with wires un hooking this and that and yes he let me watch. He found a problem with a black thing I forgot what it was called. So he ordered one and i think it was about 45 min and he was done with it. No more missing and the price wasn't bad. The only reason for the 4 stars is they didn't have a waiting room they had chair's and a picnic table to sit down at out side. But they are a Small shop with 2 over head doors. But the service was great and they did offer us something to drink while we were waiting. Yes I would recommend this shop and if we are ever down again and we have any car trouble god forbid we will be using them. Thank you Morgan's Auto

I'd recommend Chris Morgan to anyone. I broke down on a Friday of a holiday weekend. I lost all…read morepower to my vehicle, threw a rod, and the engine went into safety mode so I had time to cross traffic onto an easement. I was in the middle of nowhere alone. Not a sole in sight. I had trouble finding a wrecker service because I didn't have much of a cell signal. The tow company, Steve Steel's, out of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, found exactly where I was calling from. He called me back within 5 minutes and had a truck on the way. While waiting, I checked the oil, checked for burning electrical, checked the coolant, etc. So Steel's sent me to Morgan's based on his recommendation of, "I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, ma'am". Chris and his family were warm, caring, courteous people. They welcomed me in their Home while Chris and his son worked on my car. When I say they worked on my car, I mean they busted their butts to try to get me on the road. They worked all day into the evening, and we had to pause until the next day. They took me to where I'd booked a room for the night and they worked nearly all day Saturday to figure out what the heck was happening. Turns out there was an open recall on the very recall was the reason I was stranded. They put the car BACK TOGETHER for me and got me to my sister who came from an hour + and Morgan's took care of the pickup of my vehicle by the Steel's and I had a solution to everything. If you're broke down near Broken Bow, OK, that's the only place to take your car and know you're being truly taken care of. Chris was honest and was absolutely trustworthy. I've dealt with a LOT of mechanics across the nation because of my job and with 100% certainty I would go there before ANY of the companies I've dealt with. Thank you so much, Chris, son, & family for making a nightmare quite a bit bearable.

A-Team Mobile Mechanix responded quickly and was happy to do it. Price for their stated (see text) was very high and he brought the labor cost down a little bit. We discussed days and I told him several days but today, Wednesday March 27th was good too. This morning I received a text saying he could have someone here this evening around 6 and the price of labor is at $175/hour (still outrageous to me but I needed it done) + taxes. His mechanic was here at exactly 7 (which was fine) and had it installed within 20 minutes, using my provided part. First invoice I received was for a whopping $208.78 (included in it was $17.50 for parts that I provided!) I texted him back reminding him that I had provided the part and it needed to be removed from the invoice. He agreed to do that but he added it was for "supplies" like gloves (none were used by the way) and other things that normal businesses factor into their cost per hour (something he disputes). I received the adjusted invoice though for $189.88 . I want to add that they were very nice, helpful and quick to respond. But with all of this in mind I thought they are extremely expensive and need to adjust their business model to bake in their supply costs with their high cost per hour.

We headed out on Thursday morning for the 5 day drive back home to Oakland California, taking a northern route to stop by Badlands National Park and Mt Rushmore. By Saturday evening, we arrived in Cheyenne WY, where we spent the night. After looking at the weather forecast for the Sierra mountains, we decided to pick up some chains for our tires at the local Walmart in Laramie, WY, before continuing on our trip. On Sunday morning, as we got close to Laramie on I-80, the engine started sputtering, misfiring and losing power. The EPC light kept flashing and it was clear something was wrong. I was able to make it to the local Walmart parking lot, though the car stalled a few times on the way there. After I parked, I was unable to generate any power beyond idling, and the car continued to stall. I consulted yelp and google to find a local mechanic, but none of the local shops were open on Sunday. I saw a listing for Rise High Auto Repair, which described itself as a mobile mechanic company. I called the number and spoke with the proprietor, Chris on the phone. He said he could be there in 35 minutes and would diagnose the problem for $125 ($95 diagnostic fee and $35 travel fee) in the Walmart parking lot and that the $95 diagnostic fee would count against the repair cost if we opted to have him repair the car. When Chris arrived in his mobile truck, he was incredibly friendly and he got straight to work. He recommended replacing the spark plugs and wires, thinking that would address the issue. After finishing the repair and clearing the codes, he suggested I drive around in the parking lot a few times to reset the computer to see if the repair addressed the issue. However it did not. I made it about 200 feet and the initial problem persisted. He said he thought it could be an issue with the throttle, which he said he could clean, but if it needed replacement, I'd need to spend a couple of days in Laramie, because it was unlikely any of the local part shops would have the necessary part in inventory. He took apart the throttle, cleaned it out, and reset the computer. We decided to take our chances and see if we could make it to Salt Lake City and then Elko NV, which was about 625 miles away. The car ran well all the way to Elko. We got to Elko around 10:30 pm, and I noticed I had a text from Chis checking in on us to see how the trip was going. On Monday morning, we continued our trip back to Oakland and arrived safely with no further issues. Again, I had a text from Chris on Monday, to see if we made it home ok. All told we drove over 1100 miles. I can't say enough about Chris. First, he was incredibly competent. I could tell from speaking with him that he is extremely knowledgeable about automobile repairs. Watching him work, I felt like I was watching a surgeon. He made all of the repairs in the Walmart parking lot and he worked efficiently and thoroughly to ensure that he was able to repair the car. It was cold and windy on this particular Sunday and he invested over 4 hours of his time fixing our car outside. Finally, he was incredibly honest and kind. He cared enough to check in on us until we got home, something he really didn't need to do. I unequivocally recommend using Chris and his company if you find yourself in Laramie WY.
