I want to them all for responding so quickly. I chose this company because they were one of the lowest and responded the first day and when I called them, they answered my questions. The actual cost was about $150. I sent them pics of the garage and door and they called back and told me specifically what else would be needed for installation and I agreed. Chris showed up on time, took the time to do the installation right and made the modifications to strengthen the metal door. He also had to align the rails and make other adjustments, which he showed me were installed incorrectly, which he fixed. Based on his knowledge and watching him do the work, I would have regretted doing this myself. Bottom line; I was very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them for any garage door work.

They are returning to install new insulated garage doors, so I'm looking forward to that work, too. The new controls in the garage are very convenient and allow me to program new remotes without having to climb a ladder and press the "Learn" button on the opener itself. For the garage door openers themselves, I purchased two LiftMaster 81650 WiFi garage door openers, and because they are WiFi enabled, my household can now access open/close the doors via the My Q app. The app setup was a breeze, and now everyone with cars in the household can open/close the doors remotely via the app or via a physical remote. The LiftMaster is dramatically quieter than the old Chamberlain system I had. It's practically noiseless in my bedroom (right over the garage) when someone opens or closes either garage door. The My Q app even interfaces to Amazon and Amazon Prime Day so Amazon will deliver my package deliveries directly into either garage, which prevents package theft at the door. Nice touch!
