I had no idea what kind of a patient she might be. Nor did I know when she had last seen a dentist. Everyone was so caring and gentle with her. Dr. Dorsey gave me a comprehensive break down of the work she needs to have done. I was shocked that the total cost was about 1/3 of what I had guesstimated! I give this doctor my highest rating!

As soon as you get to the window…read morethey have a giant red sign that notes they cannot help you if you have a severe headache, chest pains, shortness of breath, severe weakness along with about 8 more symptoms that you will be referred to the ER for. The lady that checked me in was very nice and respectful but the older lady who called me up was very obnoxious and did not care about any type of privacy since you could hear every word she spoke loudly from the back window to the front door. She was very short and not welcoming at all. As soon as I told her I was new to the area and did not have insurance she made me feel as if i didn't matter. I understand if the business cannot treat without payment if you have no insurance, but you expect a person working in healthcare to actually at least act like they care.
