Went in to cash a check issued presented to me by one of their customers. Waited over 35 mins in…read moreline since their were only two tellers working their combined butts off. Three managers in their respective little cubes chit chatting with people and the line continued to grow... Who in their right mind lets staff go to lunch during the peak hours? Seems to me that a decent/competent manager would send people to lunch one hour before and one hour after the banks peak hours. I guess that makes to much sense. Then to add insult to injury the charged me $5.00 to cash their check because I was not an account holder. After waiting for so long I paid the 'extortion.' That's a chicken poop business action. The teller Ms. Alyssa Manning was very professional, responsive and apologetic. I will NEVER set foot in one of their banks again, even if the give me a green bicycle! ----- Fui a cobrar un cheque que me entregó uno de sus clientes. Today Miss Beth helped me pay off my mortgage and she couldn't have been more helpful! Through all the crazy caveats they are forced to read aloud to you about how people scam people with wire transfers, to experiencing glitches in her Internet that kept going up and down she was very patient and thorough. We have used their notary service also, which I don't recall what for but they were helpful and professional at that visit also. I was especially happy Miss Beth did not try to sell me on a money market product or discuss various options for our bank account. I'm happy this Regions is just around the corner and can help us with so many things and accomplish it professionally and quickly! Thanks Regions!

You can park on the street around the corner or in the lot behind. They have a walk up ATM located right off the front of the building facing Town Madison Blvd and Toyota Field if you need to stop and get some cash. This is the Main entrance as well as an additional entrance behind. They also have additional drive up Tellers and ATMs located in the lot behind. This is a nice amenity for the residents of Town Madison as well as visitors. Glad to have First National Bank in the neighborhood.

Put checks in wrong bank accounts. Never able to get into my husbands account even with the POA what was so crazy is we had a joint account. I would have to go to DECATUR to do business with the bank. That's how bad it was. Do you wanna let things go and blow it off and be polite. But they act like it was us that made the mistakes. They are so bitter. They don't know how to say. I'm sorry even the tellers. It's like there's so prejudice against being polite and seeking forgiveness. And letting it go squashing it. How many times do we have to tell them what we want before they decide to finally do it. And if you bank with another bank, they love to gossip back-and-forth about you. I got that from an inside source. I am for stringer to say that this place is awesome and for all the other places that say this is a great place. I don't understand this. So supposedly, I signed something that subtract five dollars off for every time I transfer money. It's a one time charge for each transfer but they suck another $5.00 out after that and won't fix the error.

Since I was in Madison I figured I'd try my luck at that branch. I mean it's a whole different group of people so chances are it will be a different/better experience. Since I opened a business account and they hold checks for 7 business days, for the first 30 days. I still have the majority of my money in my account at another bank. I need to stop using that bank account so all transactions will go through and I can close it. With that being said, the only way to get money into the Family security business account is to deposit cash, since they hold checks for so long. Doing this will allow me to start paying bills out of this account. I just left the drive through making a cash deposit and yes there were $50 in one dollar bills in the deposit. The teller gets the money out of the tube and judgmentally looks at it and rolls her eyes! Once the other teller told her that I saw the way she looked, she came back to give me my receipt and in her sweet little innocent voice said "Thank you sir, have a nice day". If you are going to be rude and disrespectful at least own it! Don't try to smooth it over after you have been caught. I will be leaving this credit union and going back to Redstone where I never had a problem and everyone was nice. This has been the biggest shit show ever!
