Used thin rugs. As a result my 14 1/2ywar old, who has severe arthritis slept on concrete floor. He can hardly walk. When I picked them up he stunk to high heaven, eyes matted shut, ( he has gluacoma, needs eye drops 2xday). When he gets drops eyes do not Matt. He had all over butt and belly. They claimed they gave dogs baths night before. I know they did not because of the shape dogs were in. Lied about using beds for dogs and then said they washed them. Not one smile from her the whole time I was speaking with her and she was rude. I asked to hold a rat before buying and she said she doesn't allow that and was just rude with her responses. There is no reason to be that rude to a customer. I was going to buy some supplies there too, but ended up leaving instead. I wish I had gotten names because the one lady was so sweet and I want to credit her. However, just be aware that not everyone there is nice.

I have been coming to Heidanes for years. I work 48 hour shifts in the area and they always go…read moreabove and beyond to make sure my dogs are comfortable. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable compared to other places. I have tried other boarding services and my dogs are always stressed when they come home. This is the only place that my anxious pups will allow people to trim their nails and give them baths. I'm not sure what they use for shampoo, but my dogs always smell like they left the hair salon when they get baths there. You can really tell that Kristen and Betty truly care about the dogs.
