They claimed they gave dogs baths night before. I know they did not because of the shape dogs were in. Lied about using beds for dogs and then said they washed them. There was a cockatoo in a horrid cage it had poop caked all over it, little water, wrong food, and was missing feathers from its neck. The feathers missing from its neck means something is wrong with it or it's extremely stressed! The bird was owned by a worker in the shop. This bird was extremely malnourished and unhealthy in every way possible. When me and my family first walked in there were tiny parrots in a way too small cage fighting because there is not enough space. The bearded dragons had way too small of a tank and two were crammed in the same tank that is not enough for one! The fish were the best taken care of out of any animals in the store. The bettas can see each other and that can cause them to try and fight the other which then causes stress! Overall this store smelled horrible, all animals were not properly taken care of' and lastly the cockatoo needs immediate help it is suffering and extremely unhealthy as mentioned earlier. Do not recommend supporting this store or coming to it I was extremely sad looking at all the suffering animals.

Not to mention their prices are very reasonable compared to other places. I have tried other boarding services and my dogs are always stressed when they come home. This is the only place that my anxious pups will allow people to trim their nails and give them baths. I'm not sure what they use for shampoo, but my dogs always smell like they left the hair salon when they get baths there. You can really tell that Kristen and Betty truly care about the dogs.
