The owner, Jim Kirtopoulos, was always prompt, professional, innovative and realistic in his dealings with us. The Building Concepts proposal was not the low bidder but included everything required for a truly finished "turn key" project in contrast to the other Contractors who left flooring, finishing, HVAC, & electrical work, etc...up to us. Given some COVID19 supply chain delays, Jim was very flexible and forthright with the impact on the build schedule...suggesting some really great options based upon prompt availability. He designed a clever and very functional accommodation to the floor plan for an automatic "Doggie Door" with landing and ramp. His construction team and sub-contractors (Electrician/HVAC/Gutter & Downspouts) were all really good folks to deal with.
