Not a good experience, was charged $23 extra for an 8th and the employees were not transparent about where the difference in price came from. They did not give me the receipt and did not refund supposedly refundable ATM fee. They chalked it up to "taxes and tip" but the math they told me does not even close to add up. Good looking, clean shop in the middle of north beach. Convenient for myself, maybe not for others - as North Beach is, parking is a nightmare. My order got messed up, first time here. Had a great interaction with the counter before that. Had to drive all the way back to the city to rectify it. Pain in the a$$. Now you're saying, why the five stars? Well, they fixed it - immediately. Called to let them know the order wasn't correct, they said come back in and I did. Didn't have a receipt, I never keep them, so I was expecting a huge hassle. Best pot shop in SF. Great deals and great prices. All of the prices include tax, so bring cash because it's always out the door prices.
