He sent me with a night splint and a heal cushion that were to large. No sure how he didn't know the items would be to big as he had my feet in his hands. When I called the next day to let them know they were big and they called me back to say they are the smallest that they carry. I tried to use them a couple times but they were just to big. A few weeks later I got a bill for over $300 for the orthopedic things. I was floored. I looked online and the same things on amazon for less the $60 for both and came in a small size. So I decline, and go to the ER myself, who also refuse to give me any info, telling me instead to call Patient financial services if I want to know. I call Patient Financial, and have to give up trying to understand the broken English of the Indian on the other side. "Hallo sar, WAHY ayoo cawwing todai???" Therapist would not listen to my concerns and tried to treat what he thought was right and left every session hurting worse than when I went in. I finally was transferred to Filer clinic where they listened and I started feeling better. However, VA only does so many authorized visits. My visits ran out and was not doing better. The clinic sends reports to the VA for authorizations for more visits which they usually approve. After a month I reached out to the VA and was informed that they had not received any such request. Now 4 months later still no answers to help me improve. I feel like I was black listed from treatment with this experience.
