Drove all the way from Colorado to see my grandfather with my uncle, aunty, brother, his son, and my father. They only allow 3 people in to visit at a time. They even kicked my brother, his son, and I out of the entrance and made us go outside. This place sucks and is inconsiderate. read more

The physician's and providers are great, no question. HOWEVER, the billing and customer service are awful. You will wait in line to register upon arrival, they seem to always be discombobulated and out of synch. It seeme like the people that work there don't get along well, I've felt the tension between them in the reception area. Try to call for billing, or an appt. and IF you can ever get through, you will be put on hold. read more

I had a great Dr. here, and then he retired. I have seen Dr. Mahrous twice, and both times I found him to be very rude. He was mad at me because I came back before my 1 year appointment, even though I was having chest pains. I refuse to see him again. I don't feel he has a caring bone in his body. read more

I have been going to North Central Heart since 2002, when I had a stent put in my heart. The Doctor that did the surgery, has since retired and I have been given a new Doctor. Doctor Watt is a very caring person and has been a great Doctor to have on my side, along with his C-CPN Lisa Anderson. I feel my care is worth the 5 Stars that I have gave them. I also see the area where they do ultra sounds on my ceratoid arteries and the staff there are super people to work with. read more
