I am a Trousdale county resident who now has NCTC broadband internet made possible by a government grant. I have had it for a year and a half and I am one happy customer. I work for Vanderbilt Hospital and I am now able to work from home. I tried for 12 years to get internet service through AT & T and Comcast and neither would extent their internet service to my home which was only a mile from where each service ended. Because of this "co op" the people stuck with this"service" are left without a choice of many things offered by other companies. The only way anyone can be employed by NCTC is if a deal is made by a family member employed by NCTC or by a Macon County government official. NCTC is holding Macon County hostage and forcing people to be costumers! read more
