One of our kids has special needs, so the smaller size of Here We Grow was perfect for him to receive the extra attention and guidance that he needed to further his development, and he could have fun while not being overstimulated by a large number of children. The progress he made across two years at Here We Grow was absolutely amazing. Miss Mandy is great at setting expectations while also making learning fun for the kids. She is also great at assessing each child's needs and determining what might be beneficial for them to succeed in her classroom and also outside the classroom. Here We Grow is also a wonderful way to prepare for Kindergarten given the structured schedule. Miss Mandy is also great at communicating with parents and even taking extra time out of her schedule to email and meet with parents. We really feel that we are on the same team with her and developed a partnership and she's great at offering guidance, support, and encouragement. We couldn't be happier with the education our kids have received at Here We Grow Preschool and we highly recommend it. It's been a great place for our kids to learn and grow and to also make some new friends. They are always excited to see Miss Mandy, so that's a terrific indicator of what a wonderful influence and teacher she is.

I waited there for a couple minutes and then I heard a teacher screaming at a child, "SHHHHHUUUTTTT UPPPPP, I HEARD YOU". She then looked at the window and knew I was there. I walked out of the facility and went to my car and called the director to tell her I would not be touring and I informed her what happened. She acted shocked and said she would speak to the staff. She also told me they were having a Halloween party and that is probably what I heard. No teacher should every yell shut up at a student like this and there is no way it was because there was a Halloween party going on. I would be very cautious to send my child there.

He spends almost every beautiful day outside, there are three parks near the facility that they play outside at every day. There are two larger parks just a short walk away that they play at. Tuesday and Thursday are pool days, where they spend the entire afternoon at the Belmont pool, which I absolutely love. Being from a small town, I spent every summer day outside, playing at the pool, playing outside with friends, just being active and loving the weather away from school. I'm so glad we found a place in Lincoln that does the same thing. On the rainy days, they have a ton of indoor activities to do as well, and a huge gym to play in. Every day he comes home with a new story of something new he did and new friends he met. Plus, free breakfast and lunch!

He arrived on time, and we were impressed at his professionalism, the specific tools he used, and especially the camera he used to look through the line to make sure it was completely cleaned out. His pricing was lower than the first company we used out here. Because we live in the same area, he did our sons home and ours, on the same day. We have a single story, laundry on the first floor, and our son house has a two story, with laundry on the second floor. We will be using this company again.

Had issue with shower drain that could not keep up with water when used. They came over & snaked…read morethe drain with a camera to investigate what the issue was, claimed it was small tree roots. Never saw evidence of this, asked for video & never received (even though request was noted on invoice), and they also noted on invoice when they left that drain was "still slow". Paid the invoice day of by check before they left. Within 2-3 days it was the same if not worse than before. Called them to come back out & fix it properly which they did after a few days, left grease stains on my carpet, never gave me video proof of what they were finding, and tried to charge me again for the same issue they did not fix properly the first time. I did not pay this, so they handed it off to a collection agency & are now issuing me a subpoena to pay & get lawyers involved. NEVER use them again!
