The whole building smells like stale feces and they try to hide the smell by putting a wax warmer by the front door but once it's turned off, all you smell is the filth. If your child gets hurt, they will 100% pretend your child didn't get hurt there. If you bring cereal for your child, they use your cereal for other kids who forget their breakfast instead of giving them the school's own food. The director puts on a great performance, but don't let that fake smile fool you. This place is a nightmare!!!!!! Your child will stay sick every day they attend this daycare!!!! So nasty.

Bright Start School and Daycare is one of them. My girls have been going here for the last 4 years and we have had nothing but a positive experience. They love going to daycare every day. They are well taken care of. They are loved on in my absence. These teachers care about our kids and they are treated like family. My girls have learned so much this past year. They come home and proudly pull out all of their learning sheets and art work for us to display. They have done and continue to do such a great job of keeping everything clean and everyone safe throughout the pandemic and have successfully been able to remain open so the parents can continue to work and feel that our children are remaining as safe as possible. I can not recommend this center enough.

She called her 1st grade class snitches and would tell them to shut up on several occasions. She also lied several times on my child and they were proven lies but she still remains there. She had 0 communication skill. She did not inform parents that the class was to participate in the christmas concert till the day before. I am glad i called days before and the front desk was helpful. I did not find the Christian values to be shown or shared. My son was kicked and pushed and because the parents worked there nothing was done. My son was not protected and when he chose to help another kid by pulling a bully off of him, he was the one in trouble not the bully.

I purchased the VIP tickets with the preferred parking and inner circle club. Upon arrival, it was brought to my attention that somehow, I was not on the list. I opted not to pursue it. I ventured into the Inner Circle Clubhouse, the spread look good from a distance. Upon closer examination, it appears the teriyaki beef was missing the teriyaki sauce, further more it was so overcooked that the meat sucked the moisture out of my mouth. Similarly the pulled pork sliders were also overcooked. The vegetables and fruit were good as well as the deserts. Moving forward, I will opt out of the inner circle club, didn't see worth the trouble.
