Then there is the lying. They constantly make very poor decisions regarding the patient's' care. Then the lie and say "oh, the government wont let us do what we did last month." You know it's a lie when 2 months later, they do the same thing after they forget what they have told you. And you know it's a lie when you talk with other patients in the waiting room.
