Mat and Daryl were the installers along with Robert (supervisor over all the HVAC crews) came to assist with the install. I've met Robert years ago when he was a field technician and he is a super guy. Matt and Daryl worked great together a true professional crew! It was very reasonable and not out of line with other prices I received. Jim, Cameron, and Blake were very nice, professional and respectful. they did an excellent job with the insulation in my attic. We had one small snag that came up that was out of the ordinary. I thought that Cameron handled this very professionally, apologized profusely, and returned as promised to make corrections. I think the integrity of any company is measured as to how they handle situations that are out of the ordinary, and mistakes. I'd have to say that Jim, Cameron and Blake have a lot of integrity because they were right on top of this. It all worked out fine in the end and I am a very happy customer. He was awarded a job to insulate my home by JEA. He came over, took a look at the work he was hired to do, left and told me he would add me to his work schedule. THAT was weeks ago. He called and said he had an unexpected cancellation and would plug me into the next day's schedule. The only thing I requested was for him to keep the lines of communication open. His work truck died a few blocks away from my home. I was empathetic as these things happen. He promised to circle back. THAT never happened. I literally had to text him and call to follow up and obtain a status. Another promise to call. THAT never happened. I no longer want this man anywhere near my home, period. I am hopeful his dad sees this as I am certain he has placed a lot of faith in his sons to continue his legacy. For those of you who were lucky enough to get Forest to complete the work he committed to, I am sincerely happy for you. I've moved on as this young man seems to be under the impression his lack of judgement will not ruin his fathers years of work establishing himself as a man of his word. A family business that once established could mean this man's two sons will never need to work for anyone other than themselves. Shame on you Forest!
