A second crew arrived the next day, but management refused to complete the job unless I paid more than the quoted amount. I offered multiple reasonable solutions, including providing my credit card information to be charged later, and was refused. I also requested to speak with the owner and was never contacted. The move caused damage including scratched wood floors and broken furniture. I am now left needing to hire another mover to finish the job. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them.

I first texted my move contact and was told to call, but when I did, it was 5:42 PM and the office was already closed. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes and then sent a cancellation email. Only after I had already tried to cancel by phone and email did I receive a text saying they had everything ready for the morning, despite never giving me a confirmed arrival time. On the day of the move both Cory and Waymon showed up a few minutes early, did a walk through of the house, and then got right to work. My wife and I had packed up most of the stuff already but they wrapped up anything that might get damaged in any way. At the new house they were patient while we pointed out where everything went, and were super careful putting things down on the hardwood floors. To top the entire experience off; a very small support piece from an Ikea piece got misplaced in the move and none of use could find it. We looked through the truck and I really feel like Cory and Waymon did a great job looking for it. Even though we couldn't find it, it must have been in the truck somewhere because the next day they drove back to our new house to return it! Overall I was highly impressed with both Cory and Waymon, and Jaguar Movers as a whole, and would recommend them to anyone else looking to move.

Secondly, when the day came to move, they were prompt and again, communicated their arrival time and were there actually a few minutes earlier. They started immediately after walking thru the entire home to lay out their plans and how they wanted to load the truck. Every box I packed was taped and labeled to the area that the box will go to in our condo in Melbourne, and they had no problem making sure each box brought in was in the location I needed it to be. If I needed to change the location, they were courteous and obliged. They work very diligently and each fragile marked item was handled with care, nothing broke during the move! They set up our beds for Master and Guest rooms and made sure I was satisfied with the location. Thirdly...the condo we were moving into had two flights of stairs, one on the exterior and one that went up to the living room. Not once did they cringe when they saw the steps, but again, rapidly expedited every box and piece and never complained at all! If I could give zero stars I certainly would- stay away from these amateurs that clearly do not have any furniture moving experience.
