The bridal and groom suites were comfortable. It was nice to have the whole place to ourselves sans options setup for move inside if weather necessary. We brought our own officiant & photographer, etc but Rev Rick helped setup our decor, shuttled around our family on the golf cart, and was just overall ready and willing to help with a smile. Cindy does an unbelievable job in coordinating the event. She is quick to offer suggestions that can put those special touches on your day! Many of these vendors will offer you special rates and packages when they know you are having your wedding at the Castle. The staff there is friendly, attentive and a real pleasure to work with. On the day of the wedding the entire staff really shines. We had some of the family that could not go to the buffet and get their food. Without saying a word the staff talked to the disabled guests and made plates for them. I cannot say enough about this place. We had TONS of complements from friends, family and other guests about how wonderful and special the wedding was.

I thought it was weird, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. A week out of my wedding and I reached out to my vendors and none of them had heard from her. I tried texting her. My fiance tried calling her multiple times on her "work" phone and her "personal" phone. Her "work" phone is also not set up for voicemails. She didn't appear out of thin air for our rehearsal or wedding. She did nothing for our wedding. Another thing that I didn't notice but my mom did is her website is not up to date. It did not have our wedding date marked off. MAKE SURE YOU PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD IN CASE THESE SITUATIONS HAPPEN. 0/10 would not recommend Jessi.

A couple weeks prior, JJ called to verify information and nail it all down so we could all be on the same page. The team is very thorough and I really appreciated all the time and effort Travis and JJ put into making sure we had everything planned out. JJ worked very well with not only us but the entire vendor team. He fit right in with the other vendors who already knew one another from working together so often. He listened to the crowd very well, playing a good variety of music. All of our guests complimented us on our musical selection whether they were younger or older, which says a lot! JJ chose fantastic oldies and classics before getting into the dance tunes (even tossing in a few hair band selections for yours truly). My travel-minded friends doubled over with laughter when JJ playing the National Geographic theme song to announce our honeymoon plans to Antarctica. Overall he did a wonderful job providing all the music to keep the celebration hopping all night! He is truly a professional...which is the main reason we went with them. Professional gear, demeanor, website, references...all of that! Dealing with Fonix was a breeze. They have an online system where you can fill out your 'application' and pick out the music and details you want. You can change on the fly and make changes at any point. This made everything very easy for us. We met with the Travis several times and had a final phone call a week before our event to discuss all the details. We chose to include Karaoke at the reception which was no problem for Fonix. They had a huge catalog to choose from the price was excellent. Travis was professionally dressed and did a great job managing the reception. He kept people on the dance floor, kept people at the karaoke station and just helped create a seamless transition from one event to the other. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a DJ.
