We tentatively agreed on the options and then he was supposed to come out the next day at 4pm to compare replacement shingle color with new one. He never showed. I called him and left a voicemail the following day and no response even 3 days later. I text him and heard nothing. I requested an estimate on Friday morning. Jordan reached out really quickly, and said he could come look at 4pm that day. I had a quote Saturday morning and by that afternoon we had agreed on a time on Monday to fix it. Saturday night he reached out and said he could come at 9am on Sunday to fix my hot water tank. Even better! He showed up on time (which is rare now-a-days) and got right to work. Upon inspection of the new tank he noticed a dent, which he did not like. He drove all the way back to Watertown to exchange it and being a new one back. They were still done before noon. I now have a new go to for my plumbing and heating. Thank you for the great experience. I couldn't recommend them more I should also mention, Jordan was the only one to respond to me, and I called 3 others. I am glad I finally found someone reliable on this area.

With the roof leaking I would have thought that would have been the priority project, instead the owner started on the siding and windows. we were told he would be back to finish in the spring of 22. Upon contacting Fred, we were told that we had to find someone else to complete the roof as he had dropped his insurance for roofing. This was quite the surprise to us, and we continued to deal with a leaking roof. Last year the roof was completed by another contractor. The siding still hasn't been finished, windows are not installed properly not caulked and sealed. shoddy workmanship was filled with a can of great stuff. so here it is 3 years the windows leak, and absolutely nothing has been done about it. I strongly caution you against using this contractor. If you do hire him, make sure it is something very rudimentary and quick, or you will be stuck like we are.
