I was expecting a girl to show up in the outfit on their ad, but that was far from the reality. I was so disappointed

I hired her to conduct a PCS clean. I was charged 310 dollars of which I believe was an overcharge based upon the quality of work received. My wife booked the appointment and received a confirmation Facebook message. Sydney forgot and we had to rebook for the next day. The next day she did not show up at the agreed time 9:30 am but noon. She did not bring her own vacuum and I had to scramble to find one and bring it home while I was at work as I had had the packers pack my vacuum understanding she would provide her own. She was hired to clean my entire house to include my fridge oven walls etc. I ended up having to reclean my fridge, freezer, walls, stairs, closets, mirrors, and windowsills. My oven looked like it wasn't even touched minus the burners. She did not vacuum or steam clean an entire bedroom of which I was charged for because we agreed that we would move stuff to the other room so she could vacuum that room. Then, for my apartment I needed a receipt as proof of cleaning for our inspection. She did not provide one until I had to call her the next day. She had told my wife she would send one but never did. Also, she will call you and your spouse to complain about your review and blame you for shortcomings that a professional would not overlook. read more

I hired her to do a deep clean in my home. I paid $375 which was supposed to include carpet cleaning. We discussed the areas I wanted to have cleaned, and there was one room that I SPECIFICALLY said that was a mess and not to worry about. (The office/spare bedroom which becomes a catch all for things I just want out of the way.) I mainly wanted the kitchen, bathroom and floors cleaned. When I got home from work they were still at my house and I was surprised. My house looked amazing, I will admit. She is great at organization. However, the room I asked her not to go into was completely cleared and organized; she reorganized and tidied up a lot of my stuff in my living room and other rooms as well. Which was nice but, I then had a hard time finding things I needed later. Also the cleaning of the bathrooms was not as clean as I expected and the carpets weren't fully done because they didn't have enough time. Which they would have if they didn't spend so much time on what I didn't ask for. Anyway, I tried booking her for cleans again, wanted to get on a biweekly clean schedule but she never responded back to me after telling me she'd check her schedule several times. Overall I think they do a decent job, but pricey and after thinking about it I became more annoyed that my stuff was moved around. I found another cleaner to come on a biweekly basis that doesn't mess with my things and does a great job for less money. read more
