The entire management, including the owner, have terrible customer service. They would rather…read moreaccuse me of trying to get a discount on my rent every month then take accountability for their actions. Mind you, this is my first month so they have no previous instances of this. I couldn't get access to my suite until halfway into the month because they "lost my key". Then, when they "found" the key, it didn't work. So I had to wait even longer. Then there was a cockroach in front of my unit that me and my client had to step over. They didn't vaccum the entire 6th floor for a week, even after I requested them to get the roach. I sent pictures just for them to tell me they went up there and didn't see it. Not only that, I got locked out of the building because no one told me I needed a key card in addition to my suite key. Just for them to tell me I should have told them I didn't have one. How was I supposed to know that I needed it in the first place?! Then they had a mirror ball reflecting directly into my private unit and it took them 3 requests for them to finally take it down. When I asked to be compensated for the 2 weeks that I didn't have access to the unit, they said that they couldn't grant it to me. When I called the owner, he told me he would "let it slide" this one time but I'm not about to get a free month every time I complain. As if I have ever done this! What a terrible way to start off my move in process with this company. Wish I never signed a lease with them. BEWARE!!
