Regular green fee $101.00 tee time at 8:30am. Green fees have dropped as of today August 20th. I thought I was a good deal shopper too. Not this time. Golfing - many undulating holes. But what was the worst was wind gusts up to 25 miles. For this reason alone I'd reconsider ever returning. The twosome ahead of us kept dropping 2-3 balls each hole. What's up with that? We still finished under 4 hours even with those two players ahead of us. At hole 18 there were some aggressive ducks. People shouldn't feed them. Average experience due to the wind.

We each rented his and hers clubs by Cobra. Beach very straightforward with bunkers and some lava formations. Hole 6 par 5 is very challenging. It juts out to the Pacific Ocean. Kings is more narrow. Undulated with lava formations and water hazards. Plenty of nene and a few wild goats on the course. Located nearby the Marriott resort where we stayed.
