The gentleman running the place was eager to help us but informed us everything is made to order. The falafel we got he claimed would take the longest - a whole 15 minutes! I've waited longer than that to get pants at Walmart. The falafel was delicious. We got ours spicy and it was crunchy, spiced well, and in a soft pita with tomatoes lettuce etc. As far as I know this is the only place beside pita pit that offers falafel in Lancaster and my money is on gas plus as the top falafel maker !!
