The problem arose when I got my laundry back. Every shirt that I own was wrinkled like it had been wadded up and stuck in a laundry hamper. I understand this is not a drycleaner, but I can do better myself at home. I have to wear the shirts for work and it's disappointing that I was asked if I wanted Downy, and this is the result. I can't wear these and meet with clients-and they should've known that this was not acceptable.

I tried to get out of work early to drop my laundry off. I called Blanca to ask for specific location details. It was after closing and she came back just to take my laundry! What customer service!! I was there on Saturday afternoon and there were still enough machines. They even have washers and dryers dedicated to just oil clothes. A very important feature in this area! The equipment is fairly new and the prices are reasonable. It's staffed during part of the day and the female employee I met was very friendly and helpful.
