He explained all my options and sent an urgent request for intervention. He is completely patient centered (so rare in my experience) and I would highly recommend this dentist. I have always felt competent supported and immediately responded to by Trish, the receptionist.

I called back to question why we got the charge and was called honey and sweetheart in a very condescending tone and then told I should just go to a different dentist when I mentioned I sought legal help to understand the situation. I then called her superior who told me that they do everything perfectly and that she has never even read the 5 steps on the FNHA page for accepting it. This clinic is racist and try to gauge money out of you.
