The first time was at about 2 pm, and I was told they're completely out of quarters until 4:30, which seems unlikely, but ok, whatever. I went to a local bank. The second time, it was more convenient to stop here than the other bank. This time I had a $20 and asked for one roll of quarters and a $10. The teller didn't have a $10 bill in her drawer and said she'd have to "put it through the system," whatever that means. After she hesitantly asked if I was a member and I said no, she asked if I had a ten instead. I said no. She advised that they're not supposed to do change then because it has to go through an account. That is absurd. You're essentially a bank. A bank that's supposed to be better than a bank. Yet the bank in town, which has a list of things they won't do at the drive-thru as long as my arm and switches to posting to the next business day at 3:30 pm, doesn't blink when asked to make change. You should be ashamed.

I've never actually gone into this bank for anything other than their ATM (and it's usually after…read morehours) but I have nothing bad to say about it. There's a nice little cut out of the road so 2 cars can pull off to the side and quick run in the bank, and then pull right out back onto the main road. Very convenient and about 1 mile from I-35 if you need a quick transaction.
