The humidor is one of the largest I have seen in the area. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the lounge also. I a small section when you enter one door, you have a smoke shop for tobacco products and such. Walk through the rear door of that space or enter from another front door and you are in the cigar zone. It is large. One major drawback is their cigar prices are about 20% higher than all other cigar lounges and smoke shops I have visited in this area (North Port, Venice, Englewood, Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda). read more

Worst customer service. The man kept asking me why i wanted to buy a vape and what am i using it for? Seriously? This is TWICE (SAME THING HAPPENED LAST TRIP HERE) that the same guy keeps trying to initiate that I am some drug user. More people showed up and the sales guy kept asking what am i going to use the vape for AND THEN I HAD TO ASK SOME RANDOM LADY what he meant!!! She then said to me that people like to do other things with vapes and do things like dab. Then the sales guy did this to me "oohhhhh cccooommmmmeeee ooonnnnnn, i know what youre doing with this." I nicely told the man "i do not care what other people do, i just want my vape." I think the other people felt some sort of tension so the sales guy FINALLY proceeded to sell the vape. I felt incredibly discriminated and I will continue to spread this message around to multiple social media outlets. read more

Didn't realize what a great place it was for cigars until a friend was visiting. He always wants the best.
