If they can't answer it, they immediately get someone who is knowledgeable on the subject. They are always helpful and engaging and I love being able to taste certain products before buying. I was looking at sparkling wines and champagne and had some in my basket when an expert came up and said if you like those you will love this and it is much cheaper. And it was what was used for the celebration at the Super Bowl! So if it's good enough for them to pour on each other's heads, I'll give it a go! We enjoyed it very much and have bought it quite a few times. Same with Tequila, we now have a new favorite at a much cheaper price point and it's really good. They let us taste it and knew all there is to know about various Tequilas and how they are produced. I even like their card selection! Join up for the rewards and you get nice deals.
