The owners are very nice people, but one portly middle-aged gentleman that's been there quite some time and is usually the one I end up dealing with is routinely cold if not outright rude every time I've walked in. More frustrating is the time that's been wasted on my end when this employee has consistently given incorrect information regarding transfers or orders. Additionally, as of late, the company simply does not answer the phone, does not respond to emails & all around has become an utter bear to deal with. I hate seeing this kind of decline in what would otherwise be our best local gun shop, especially when it was once such a warm & welcoming environment.
