The back started by freezing my accounts. They then opened all new accounts for me. Chase decided not to assume responsibility for Bank Robbery. I will remove all business and personal accounts because the back is not safe and does little to nothing to assist in theft and fraud.

At the branch level, they seem to have no decision making authority for lending or even opening accounts. They seem to need to check with their headquarters for anything outside of the ordinary. Nonetheless, they open later than any other bank in town and they are very honest and helpful. Their bankers have stopped at my business just to check in. I would recommend this bank.

I literally walked in at 12:10 there are three people in the building two people behind a front desk both seemingly disinterested in buying for who's actually going to have to serve me and another person in an office on what appeared to be a personal call.. they asked me how they could help. I explained I was there to open some accounts. They took my name and they said would I be able to come back later? They didn't have enough people in the building to help me open two accounts. I asked exactly how many people does it take to open a business checking account and a personal checking and savings. They said well it could take an hour for each. I'm sorry did you say it's going to take you an hour for each account 2 to 3 hours?!!! are we using a typewriter with carbon paper? To anyone under 40 you'll have to Google that. I asked exactly what are you going to do? That's going to take an hour to open a checking account. I can do this online in literally 10 minutes at UW credit union I've opened up numbers of accounts before. How does it take an hour much less two plus. They explained there's just a lot involved.. I Venture to say this will be the definition of why Summit credit union will remain a tertiary banking institution of little to no significance. Customer service is about knocking down obstacles not figuring out how many people you can put on the task of creating them. Super super lame. When we expect low performance, we get low performance. They should probably change the name from summit to trough. Additionally, the inside of this Kenosha branch looks like a daycare center. It's rough on the eye and the sensibilities for an actual professional adult.

I get a notice in the mail saying my payment is late. Excuse me! How the f is my payment late when I basically pay double every month and have been paying it three weeks before it's due. Plus I am paid up almost 2.5 yrs on the loan. If your people actually looked at the date the loan was taken out, the amount left on it, and when the loan matures they would see I am not behind on payments. I only owe $2k and the loan is not due to mature/be paid off for another 2.5 yrs. Your math ain't nothing! So it's my fault you applied the last five payments incorrectly. BS. I made you back them out to fix them, remove the additional interest, remove the late fee. Because of this I paid the loan off right that moment. This better not have affected my perfect credit as NO ONE I MEAN NO ONE F's with my credit. Trust me I will be checking and if it has you will fix it after your third ass chewing. I have been through hell and back, lived through hard times, sacrificed to make sure my bills have always been paid on time before I ate to keep my credit good. I can get a loan anywhere if I need one! I do not recommend this credit union at all. I have had now three terrible interactions there. I'd give a negative ten instead of a one star if I could!

I don't want salt and snow on my Impala because I want to keep it nice. The insurance department says it's an ineligible vehicle to put storage insurance on. Why should I pay for all the insurance on my vehicle when I don't drive it for three months in the winter. Flipping stupid. Guess I will just pay it off when I get my bonus and say F U Trustone. You'll make less money off of me. I will never do business with you again nor will I ever recommend you to anyone.

Don't know about the negative reviews here, but they seem old. Currently, the workers here are great, this is a very good location, the support services are excellent. Multiple seating areas and a small dining table and latte machine really make things comfortable. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. There is a coin machine that I wasn't sure how to use. The information lady kindly came over to assist. The tellers at the counter are equally knowledgeable and attentive. Parking is plentiful, which makes it very convenient.

There is also an ATM inside if you want to do your banking without going to the counter. Inside, the bank is spacious and offers several offices for special services. The lobby area is very spacious, so you can have a meeting in privacy. Overall, I always receive quick and courteous service in a very snazzy looking bank.
