North Star Estates management office seems to have favorite tenants living in this mobile home park. How is it just fine and dandy for a certain resident to be late three months on his lot rent, but never got evicted? My family have struggled for three years because of my health. We have NEVER been later than the last day of the month, and that only happened once. We are late every month due to my health. I am dying. And I am hoping that I can get some help getting disability or something so that we don't have the threat of being thrown out on the street every month. Just disgusting that certain people get a pass, and others do not. Shameful. read more

When I contacted several plumbers for availability and price quote to install a garbage disposal and fix a kitchen sink hose, Roman was the quickest to respond by far. He was able to reply to my message on a Saturday and come install & fix the following day (Sunday). Roman's pricing was clear and very affordable compared to other price quotes I got. He gave us the option to purchase our own disposal and he would install. When he arrived, Roman wore shoe covers in the house and explained what he would be completing. He worked quickly and efficiently, and once installed, showed us how the disposal works and how to maintain it properly. He improved and gave us more recommendations for our sink hose pressure. We had made small talk and shared we were first time homebuyers: Roman went above and beyond by offering to go over plumbing basics and tips with us throughout the house at no extra cost. He had wonderful tips for our bathroom sinks and showers, kitchen sink, toilets, water line and winterizing our outdoor hoses. THIS is the kind of professional, one-on-one service that wins me over for life! If we ever need anything, Roman will be my first call.

My hot water stopped working, so I used Yelp to request a quote. I thought I was asking for a…read morequote from a specific company, but it turns out that Yelp sends it out to all the plumbers in your area, and you can choose. Roman replied to my message almost immediately. He was doing another job in the area, and said he could come over in half an hour. That is amazing responsiveness. He was professional and polite. He looked at the water tank, but told me that I actually need to call the company that services the boiler to come out for regular maintenance. But he did fix my water softener while he was here. Apparently, I had filled it up too high and it caused the salt to clump, so it couldn't run through the system. He explained how to fix it if it happens again. I would definitely recommend Rescue if you have any plumbing or sewer problems. They are honest and knowledgeable, and respond quickly.

I have seen alot of managers come…read moreand go along with owners of the trailer park.. it is a nice place to live but there could be a few improvements one stop raising the rent I pay $744.00 just for the base rent and it goes up 25.00 every year.. my trailer is 30 some years old.. the streets need repaving the park office manager is hard to get a hold of.. some residents get special treatment when it come to parking in there yard, or having more then two cars. the park for the kids needs to be updated or we need more amenities for the kids. in the winter the maintenance people suck at plowing the roads... we used get the streets cleaned in the spring thats not being done.. on the good side my neighbors are nice and the trailer park is my home but somethings need to change... ask the community what could be improved since we live there

(Honest opinion, nothing given in return for a 5 star rating) When major situations happen, they handle them with professionalism, staying on neutral ground problem solving for a outcome that works for all parties. My family and I have lived here for a bit over 5yrs, there's (like anywhere) good and not good. No place is perfect, l would recommend skyline (and have done so) to people looking for a good place to raise a family or just start out on in life!!

They signed someone new into our unit when we have a month to month lease signed. They took our pool away and added 2 grills. Such an amazing amenity. Love not being able to swim or cool off. Your unit will be so cold in the winter ice will be forming on your windows and walls. If you have anything on the walls they will also be ruined and frozen. If you have a car in the garage you'll pay $75 a month for it to get dripped on and the garage always floods. If you like hearing the people pissing above you, you might like it here! This building always smells like tobacco smoke. Seems like cheap living but oh my god you deal with the dumbest things. Management is literally no help. Laundry is expensive and worthless. Tenants are racist and irresponsible. Trash is everywhere. I wouldn't recommend anyone living here.

I used them for home clean out and downsizing after my husband's death. I could not have gotten through all I had to clean out and get rid of with out their services. They are very upfront about what to expect, services and cost. I had no hidden surprises. I had an online auction and used their removal service of unsold items. I especially like that they are also in real estate. I was moving after the auction but had agent and didn't know where to begin. But again, they are a stellar team. My whole process from Auction pricing, clean out to home sale was completed in 2 months. I never could have done that without them. They are the best and I'm glad I used their services for my needs.
