The pictures do not do it justice to the amount of labor- all done by hand- that was required to fix the boulder wall. There was a LOT of perennials and hydrangeas to work around as well as a tree and shed. They did an amazing job with very little damage to the plants. We have a large yard and the spring clean up and fall clean up go smoothly because there are so…read moremany guys who come out to clean up. We have many trees so always lots of branches and twigs in the yard. Sometimes i forget to pick up the hoses before they come and they take care of that. The "lawn gets mowed bi-weekly and they cut around all the new plantings nicely. I'm had some edging done. The moles took care of that quite easily!! Lol. All in all a good looking yard done by them.

They never contacted me, so I had to reach out to them. Then they couldn't get me an appointment for four weeks. The appointment was scheduled for a date between 10:a.m. to noon. I stayed home and waited but no one came. I called repeatedly and then didn't have an answer when someone would arrive. Ultimately, someone arrived at 1:45 p.m. -- almost two hours late. Very, very unreliable. When you pay for Gold Star service, you expect Gold Star service.

I was impressed with the professionalism and speed in which Conserva came to our home the first two…read moretimes: an unsuccessful attempt due to a failed pump and a second time to install a new pump and try to turn on the system. The second attempt was also unsuccessful due to a rupture in our system that had occurred since last fall. However, I was out the cost of a new pump & two service calls. No one showed up on the day they planned to repair the system and no one returned my two voice mails, including one telling them to at least let me know whether they planned on coming or not and not leave me hanging. Thankfully, while not plentiful, there are other irrigation companies.
