I am afraid I have an issue from surgery and wanted to see a doctor here in Ohio, but it seems I will have to fly across the county to original doctor?? That makes NO sense. Again - they denied me medical care - but didn't say why. DENIED with NO reason...how is that allowed? I have insurance...I have a medical need and was denied, WITH NO REASON....

First let me preface this review by saying I know nobody "wants" to search for a…read moredoctor...especially a surgeon. I get it! I did my research and chose Dr Junko for my ankle issues. He was highly recommended by both past patients, my physical therapist as well as many great reviews online. Surgeon shopping is serious business. After all, this person will be operating on you. You want the best, the most knowledgeable, experienced surgeon to take on this task. But, you also need someone who is compassionate, empathetic, down to earth, approachable and personable. A rarity I know. But, Dr Junko fits my requirements to a "T". My first visit was quickly scheduled. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff. The office was huge! (Hudson office). Everyone I encountered was professional but personable. I felt very at ease. I met Dr Junko and felt comfortable right away. He listened...this is super important to me. He took the time to explain each of my options completely and thoroughly. I decided to proceed with surgical intervention. At the end of my appointment, I was given prescriptions for my post op equipment and told to call in if I needed or thought of anything else. At check out, I was able to schedule my surgery. I was able to have it done the very next day! Of course I could have scheduled further out but this was great for me. The surgery itself was smooth and I was able to go home the same day. Because of their quickness and efficiency, I was on my way home to recover already having my prescriptions for medications, medical equipment and home going instructions. I am not going to lie, the post op period has been painful but that is to be expected. Not to help matters, I had a 2nd surgery within a couple of weeks after this. So, my situation is slightly different. I also have Lupus which throws a completely different spin on things. But, Dr Junko and his staff were absolutely available, sincere, honest and helpful. I am now 3 months post op from my right ankle and right great toe procedures. I have begun physical therapy and am well on my way to healing. I am very happy with the whole process from start to finish as well as the interpersonal experiences I have had with everyone on staff. I highly recommend Dr Junko. He is an excellent physician with a great bedside manner.

Horrible Nightmare! I have nerve damage! Went in for achilles problem and now can't walk or sit…read morewithout pain, my big toe is stuck up and I have to tape it. I came home from removal of splint and incision broke open in the boot. Worst of all he just sent me to a pain management doc he never met, after saying there was nothing he could do. He said "trust me in 7-8 months you will get out of bed and it will be better". Ten months later still in pain, limping and going to PT. He gave up and quit instead of helping me fix this.His staff can't do things like send in prescriptions,call back or send documents. I have foot drop and need a brace to walk and take lots of gabapentin. Like another review I went to Cle clinic and had much better experience. Junko gave me pain,problems more expenses and a possible lifelong injury. My advice stay away from Junko he should NOT be a doctor!!!

One for my hand one for my shoulder one for my back one for my knee and one for my hamstring. I hit 55 and my body seems to be having problems now. Lol everyone I've seen has been exceptional. I usually do research who is the most qualified for my problem at the moment And I prefer the younger doctors. I wanna specifically mention Dr. Laskovski And Dr. Scully, I found to be above and beyond. I also want to mention Max and Physical Therapy and doing dry. Needling has been amazing. The receptionist in Hudson for the orthopedic doctors. I believe her name is Cheryl is exceptionally kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the receptionist in the Physical Therapy are not so kind and friendly or helpful.

The recovery part right after the surgery was a little rough, but the nurse stood by my side and helped me through the process. There were only one or two people left there after me and no one rushed me or pushed me, but they did help me feel well enough to get up and go. While I enjoy Crystal Clinic, the only small complaint I have is with their use of a 3rd party to complete medical forms that patients may need for work. That was a bit cumbersome to deal with. Other than that, the care and the facility itself were great.

I felt the need to post a review after yesterday's experience with Crystal Clinic Physical Therapy…read morein their Kent office. This was my second time to use their PT services at the Kent location. First time was pretty good , however the staff taking information was semi-rude. Yesterdays experience was terrible. I arrived on time for my appointment signed into the kiosk to check in. It said I needed paper work filled out even though I had had given them all this information before I guess routine paperwork every time. I walked to the window and the two ladies standing their sharply said, "did you sign in?" I replied I did but it says I need to complete paperwork. The two ladies replied, "We are working on something sit down and we will call you when we are done." I sat down waited 15 minutes and then they called me to the window it took another 15 minutes to complete and sign all paperwork. They said sit down and I will let the PT know you are here. By the time the PT was ready for me Chelsi she had spoke to the office lady and the office lady came out to inform me I was 45 minutes late and the PT could not take me. Well at this point I was angry because due to being asked to sit down and wait until the ladies completed their project and then do paperwork that is what caused the 45 or at least 40 minute delay. The PT walked through an open door glaring at me as if it was my fault. It was not it was the ladies that delayed due to their rude response that they were working on something. Even another patient sitting in the waiting room who watched the whole episode said as I was walking out, " you were on time." I replied yes I was and this was annoying and unacceptable. Today I cancelled all PT's I had scheduled. I will call my doctor get a new order and go to AGMC PT where in the past I had a great experience. There are many young and elderly patients that are in pain and to make someone come back and not take them is so wrong and as I said unacceptable and unprofessional since it was not my fault. Doc's have been great! The PT staff and office help at this office were terrible.

It's the 15 th and have yet to hear from them. I've made several calls and told by office staff they would transfer call to the scheduler and leave a voice mail. I was told she left a voice mail and you can see all voice mails on your phone. I told them that and have called. Numerous times to no avail. The office staff taking calls are rude and very unprofessional. I ask to speak with the nurse or doctor as I wonder if he's aware of this and was told there's no direct number to reach them. Dr. Mark Grubb is in every way one of the most proficient, kind, determined doctors I have ever…read moremet. My case was extremely long and involved, but he was determined to help make my life as pain free as possible. It was very evident the day after surgery that he had accomplished that. I had had several vertebral fusions performed by other doctors before; but his least invasive technique to fuse and insert instrumentation was almost pain free compared to my other prior fusions. I had less pain the day after surgery than I had experienced in several years.
