Their so-called "customer service" is nonexistent. The fact that it's this difficult to talk to anyone just proves I'm making the right decision by canceling my service. All I've been trying to do is get them to pick up their own tank, but apparently that's too much to ask. At this point, I'm about ready to drag it out of my yard myself and haul it to the landfill. If they don't care about their equipment or their customers, that says it all.

Nothing more frustrating then having to burn diesel to get propane. I also found it impossible to get any decent advice on where I could get a refill. Not an exchange...a refill. Found a local named Mudhole on the job site from the area who told me about this little hidden gem. Killians Service Center. Not far from where I was staying and a route that involves absolutely no traffic. The guys that I dealt with were fast and friendly with the propane service and always willing to jump right on it when I came in. I hope this review helps another person on the lookout for propane. Their doing this has cost our job and our company a lot of money, and now these people are demanding payment for a job that we did not permit them to do. I spoke with the owner, Daniel, over the phone, and he was very aggressive and rude and even made me feel like he was intimidating me by some of the things he was saying on a recorded line. They have made numerous threats to contact our customer and submit an invoice to them. I would like to stress again that we did not give these people any kind of permission to do this job. The man even admitted on a recorded line that he got me confused with someone else who gave him authorization to start a job, but now these people are submitting invoices to us and demanding money from us.
