So incredibly grateful to the wonderful folks at CSC Columbus Service Center. One of our tires blew out during our trip and we miraculously chose just the right freeway exit to limp off of. Thank Heavens for CSC. They had a spare tire for us and got us fixed up and back on the road in under 45 minutes. I had stopped here two years this past year will be my last. when I came to get an inspection I was told that my passenger side brake light was not working so they gave me the option of fixing it myself or charging me 5 dollars for the bulb and 7 to put it in. I decided to do it myself so I left and when to advanced auto to get bulbs. I replaced the broken bulb and returned to finish my inspection the same day as I had already paid the inspection price. When I returned I was told that none of my lights were working to quote "try again." so I left and went to another shop to have an inspection and my lights worked just fine. I do not recommend this place to anyone they will try and rip you off if they can. read more

I took my car here to be inspected and asked that they please check the air pressure in my tires. They proceeded to charge me $7.15 to add a little bit of air to my tires. I will not be returning here, as I fear other service charges may be as inflated. read more

HORRIBLE !!! I rented a storage unit and in early February noticed a leak in my unit. Notified the office and told that they had several leak complaints and the repair guy was coming the next day. I reminded them that severe storms were predicted later in the week and suggested they tarp the bad roofs. They told me it was getting repaired tomorrow and were not concerned. It took them 3 weeks to get leaks repaired. When I showed them the damage to several of my unit items and requested a reasonable solution to the damage with either modest reimbursement of $180 or several months free rent- they were very hostile. Stating that they were not responsible for repair guy that did not show up and that they did not care to provide anything as compensation for the water damage. I called other places like Searcy's (which I wanted to use in the first place but was full) and they were appalled at my story with CSC and their shoddy customer service.
