His shop is intimate, not at all like other stores where you are just a regular customer standing in line. The LP installers are friendly and treat your flooring as if it is their own. I felt his pricing and installation time frame were completely reasonable. Brian special orders all of the flooring so you know it hasn't been overly handled. We…read morewent with them because they could design some areas and spaces that we needed for our office, however, when executed, our designer did not think through that I am not 6 feet tall and I have to stand on my tip toes to reach the door handles to ALL of my upper cabinets (10 total)...would you be satisfied if you paid a large sum of money and you can't reach your door handles and nobody has even followed up with you after your project to see if you are happy with it after a month? I am still missing 2 drawers that they didn't cut right because of the pop-up plug that they didn't account measurements for. My 2 bottom file drawers have major space in between the files - poorly designed, total waste of space. The counter top which is a quartz is very thin and I recall the sample being much thicker. The installers - don't get me started. When I told the sales gal about it, she just gave me this blanket message about passing it along to the install manager. They didn't do anything about it, and the next day they cut in our garage and my daughter who was getting ready to go to college had all of her stuff in there, it had sawdust all over it and we had to wipe everything down because there was sawdust all over everything in our garage. They swept but they didn't account for the layers of sawdust on everything. Inside my office, they left tools all over my office desk, inside the cabinets, they left a ladder on top of my desk with a broom, tools just laying on the cabinets, there was a caulking gun leaking on top of my quartz countertop. There was sawdust all inside my cabinets and on my floors. I had to do so much clean up after they left throughout all the cabinets and my floors and dust everything top to bottom. There's a few issues with some splintering that we have not yet heard back from anyone and it's been a month since they finished. We've paid, A LOT of money for this office, it sure does seem like they took they money and ran. While the cabinets are nice, customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and there were a lot of things that did not get addressed.

We hired Shane based upon a recommendation from our realtor, and are very glad we did. Shane re-did the tile work in two bathrooms, including the floors and shower enclosures. Share is a really nice guy who is extremely patient and helpful in suggesting design and installation ideas. Through the process of our job, we shifted gears several times in terms of ideas and layout, and Shane was able to adapt and work with us through it. He made several trips to the tile store on our behalf, including after the job was done to return unused materials for a refund. Most importantly, the quality of work was outstanding, and the price very fair. We would highly recommend Shane and, in fact, are hiring him to tile our fireplace in the near future.

I happened to see Little Wood Flooring on my way to coffee one morning and decided to go in and check it out. I am SO GLAD I did. John was incredibly helpful and even suggested a painter that they often team up with for touch ups and repairs after their work is done. 1. The carpet was installed and complete in one and a half days. 2. For our hardwood floors we decided to just go with a maintenance coat rather than a complete strip and refinish and they look beautiful, they shine and glow, all the dullness of age is gone. 3. Our stairs took a while and there were a couple of things wrong. I showed it to John and he is scheduling the fix for it. *The only thing I would say that they could improve upon is asking about what we want... When we told them we wanted to replace the stairs they were like okay we can do that .... We later had to set up a meeting with them to select what we wanted they were planning on just replacing the railing and balusters with the same exact style...luckily we had Logan come over with a book of styles and we showed him what we wanted...I wish they would have taken the initiative in the beginning of the process to ask "What style do you want" or "Hey there are a bunch of options. Let me show you" I would definitely recommend them to anyone with the caveat of make sure you remind them to show you options. Only showing pic of the stairs they were the most dramatic change.
