One website was so poorly made, I could not read everything it said. Another site looked very upscale, but there was no depth to the explanation of the processes they used to clean carpets. The Dogwood guy I talked to on the phone and who came to my house was a humble carpet cleaner. His website explained a number of processes they do, as well as some options for urine and other tough stains. He walked me through all the steps. They have a vacuum that is the vacuum of vacuums. Bottom line, I asked him to contact me every 4-5 months so I can keep them looking as incredible as they look right now. My highest personal recommendation to Dogwood Carpet and Floor Care.
